Article 1 – Scope of Application

• These general terms and conditions of sale, also known as “CGV”, apply to all orders placed on the website “https://atelier-recifal.fr”. These general terms and conditions of sale are also available in PDF format.
• The website “https://atelier-recifal.fr” is exclusively written in French. The registered office is located in Cessy – 01170 – Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bourg-en-Bresse.
• All orders placed on the site presume prior consultation of these conditions. It is therefore understood that the consumer is fully aware that no signature is required to adopt these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2 – Definitions

The terms used below have the following meaning in these general terms and conditions of sale:

• “Site”: The website “https://atelier-recifal.fr” and all its pages.
• “Products”: All products that can be purchased or subscribed to on the site.
• “Seller”: Atelier Récifal®, a legal or natural person, offering its products on the site.
• “Client”: The internet user, individual or professional, making a product purchase(s) on the site.
• “Consumer”: As defined by the article of the Consumer Code: “Any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or liberal activity”.

Article 3 – Prices & Rates

• All prices for our products are indicated in Euros. Value Added Tax (VAT) does not apply. Atelier Récifal® reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed, subject to stock availability at that time.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with each other or with other ongoing promotions. To use a voucher, simply go to the “My Cart” section and enter your voucher in the designated area.

Article 4 – Secure Payment

• The order price is due on the exact date the order is placed. We accept payments by credit card, via the secure payment platform Payplug.
• All credit card payments are secured thanks to our partner Payplug and the SSL security certificate, which is used to encrypt data. Payment can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or Carte Bleue. The 100% secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection guarantees the inviolability of your credit card data transmission. All you have to do is enter the requested information with complete peace of mind. If your information is correct, an email indicating that the payment has been validated will be sent to you. Your order will then be shipped by our team as soon as possible.

Article 5 – Delivery

• Delivery costs, also known as shipping costs, are indicated to the customer when settling the order. These are free for any order equal to or greater than 49 euros.
• Average delivery times are between 48 and 72 hours after the order is placed on our site. For simplicity, the package will be delivered to your mailbox, without requiring your signature. However, delivery times do not constitute an exact deadline, and we cannot be held responsible in case of a problem with the carrier (Colissimo for France, Delivengo for Switzerland, Belgium, and Luxembourg). If delivery times exceed 4 days for any reason, please contact our customer service so they can find a solution.
• For any claim concerning a product not conforming to the order, the customer must submit a request to our customer service on the day of delivery or at the latest the next day. Any claim made beyond this period will be rejected, which helps prevent false claims.
• The customer can, if they wish, provide a billing address different from the delivery address. To do this, they just need to fill in the field provided for this purpose during the payment process.

Article 6 – Product Use

• All products offered for sale at Atelier Récifal® are the result of extensive research and testing, stemming from collaborations with French laboratories specializing in marine bacteriology and microbiology. Thus, we are able to offer you a range of products of impeccable quality. However, despite all the care taken, Atelier Récifal® cannot be held responsible for any misuse, such as overdosing, carried out by the customer. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your aquarium. It is important to read the instructions for our products before use.
• The customer can find usage tips directly on the product packaging. The recommended dosage according to the tank size will be indicated. For more information or for any other questions related to the use of our products, the customer can contact our customer service.

Article 7 – Customer Service

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

• The customer has fourteen working days, starting from the delivery date of their order, to withdraw and return the product, at their own expense. They will be required to return any product that does not suit them or is not compliant and request a full refund. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the opening “tab” still present on the jar. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order. For more information, please refer to Article L121-20-12, concerning the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

• All texts, comments, illustrations, photographs, and blog articles present on the website “https://atelier-recifal.fr” are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights.
• This site uses elements (images and photographs) whose credits go to: pixabay.
• The brands and logos contained on the site may be registered by Atelier Récifal®.
• According to Article L.713-2, concerning the Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, even partial, of our site is strictly prohibited. To use our photographs or images, please request authorization from our customer service.

Article 10 – Personal Data

• All personal data concerning our customers are kept and processed with the strictest confidentiality. When making purchases, only the necessary information will be requested from the customer to ensure the smooth processing of their order. Under no circumstances do we sell or market this information to third parties. In accordance with Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right to delete and rectify, partially or totally, the data concerning them.
